The card works great, but only at 54 mbps and not above. There is however one last option and that is to flash it with openWRT firmware from openwrt dot org.

I forgot to tell I did try it the other way around and forced the router to N only, but then my card wouldn’t connect at all. If, due to the nature of the issue you have encountered, you are unable to run this command, please add a comment stating that fact and slan the bug status to ‘Confirmed’.

Atheros AR928X…No Wireless N?!?!?

In the meantime, I will have to revert to Ubuntu I will post some pics next time. This change has been made by an automated script, maintained by the Ubuntu Kernel Team.

Are you running Vista? I should also just add that this WiFi adapter has worked great for me previously under Ubuntu I finally send a support request to asus, but I doubt the answer that still has to come will be of any help.
